What is Structural Integration:

Structural Integration refers to the bodywork practice founded by Ida P. Rolf.  Over the course of 10 weekly sessions covering the whole body, the practitioner works with the client to reorganize their relationship to gravity and expand awareness of their somatic experience.  The goal of the work is to assist a person in finding ease of movement by (1) realigning structural and functional imbalances, and (2) teaching somatic self-awareness and healthy movement patterns to support ongoing functional ease.  Along the way, as the body finds greater ease in gravity, thoughts and feelings may also shift to integrate alongside the reoriented embodied experience.

Whether you’re looking to relieve chronic discomfort and pain, seeking general physical re-balancing, or working to improve athletic performance, Structural Integration can help you be active today.
